OTHER THOUGHTS:   I purchased a TOTO Drake ADA toilet several years ago from a different supplier. When I decided to get a second one I found Nat. Bldr. Supp. on line and was the best price. Another was close but this commpany seemed better to me. I am happy with the service received, had a problem which they fixed quicky without any hasle at all. Best customer service I have ever seen!! Since this is my second TOTO Drake ADA toilet, you can tell that I was very satisfied with the first one. After 4 years, the flapper assembly is starting to leak a little, when I look in the tank, the water level drops about an inch in 12 hours. This is minor and I can get a new flapper under the warantee. I think my son is going to get a toilet like this, but not ADA. He helped me install this one and was very impressed by the quality and the flushing action.
