OTHER THOUGHTS:   Ordering, delivery and installation was perfect. Product is working as stated and no problems have been found. We are finding that the higher toilet is a nice improvement. Looking forward to replacing remaining toilets.

REVIEW:   Cannot rate this item fairly because, despite thick padded packaging, item arrived damaged. Weeks later I am still waiting for a replacement part. No one at National Builder Supply can tell me when I will get it. Very disappointed.

OTHER THOUGHTS:   It flushes solid waste every time; I purchased a water-saving toilet yrs ago, different brand, and one had to flush twice for the solid waste to go down.

PROS: Easy to Install,Great Design,Functional,Works Great
OTHER THOUGHTS:   The toilet is wonderful. We bought two. Would buy them again. The toilet seat is hard to clean. The underside has a lot of nooks and crevices where germs can grow. It shoukld be smooth on both sides. Products are used in our home bathrooms.
