REVIEW:   This toilet was very easy to install, and in general we like it, but you have to hold the flusher down for a full 2-3 seconds to successfully activate it. This seems like a long time to have to stand there, holding it down. It is rather quiet, and generally flushes effectively, so that is really our only disappointment with it.
The soft-close seat is extremely quiet, but very contemporary in style and rather cheap-looking. We were sorry we spent that much money on it.

REVIEW:   The CST723 is great. very high quality, quiet and efficient. It also fits the decor of our remodeled victorian bathroom. We are very pleased and would highly redommend it.

REVIEW:   We've have it for a few weeks and it flushes well (and only one is needed). Installation was done by a plumber but no problems with installation.

REVIEW:   While this product uses a gravity flush, the toilet flushes well and has NOT needed a second flush in a month of operation. Installation was done by a plumber but no problems with installation

REVIEW:   Great flushing action. Installs quickly. Do not install where water may freeze. There is a hole in the bottom of the trap that is probably a vent for heat when the toilet is casted. The hole allows water to enter and be trapped around the hollow base. If this water freezes, the base is apt to crack. It happened to me. Toto replaced the toilet and I fikked the hole with epoxy putty- problem solved.
