PROS: Easy to Install,Works Great
OTHER THOUGHTS:   The Toto Eco Drake replaced an American Standard 3.5gpf toilet and works 1000% better. Besides flushing everything thrown at it, it fills the tank in less time then it takes me to finish washing my hands. It still amazes me how this toilet can flush better on 1.28 gallons vs. 3.5 the old one used, but am glad it does.

OTHER THOUGHTS:   Toto toilets must be one of the best-kept secrets in the plumbing biz. Wish I'd replaced my old toilet years ago with a water-saving Toto.

CONS: Difficult to Install
OTHER THOUGHTS:   It was difficult to install, but I am quite certain that is due to a) operator error (me), and b) problem with closet flange (which was pre-installed in our home). So this "con" isn't with product itself, but some difficulties with my DIY-experience.

"Does the Job! Watch for Install Issues..."

PROS: We had to turn off our old toilet so that it didnt get used inadvertently. What a wimp it was! This new Toto really does the job and it was on the HET list of water efficiency toilets at our water district. I have high hopes that the Toto will last a long time.
CONS: Install was a bit tricky and we had no instructions with the online shipment. We had to go online to find instructions as we were afraid we might crack the tank by doing the wrong thing. Make sure you have installation instructions in hand before you start.

"Cool toilet"

PROS: Powerful flush, product was packaged VERY securely
CONS: Cardboard packing was not recyclable because so much spray foam was used to cushion toilet. Toilet itself has no cons so far.
